This is all getting very serious lately. Not at all the spirit for New Year’s Eve. So here are a few fun tips for a great night:
Remember – not for nothing is the combination of Guinness, Jamesons and Bailey’s called an Irish Car Bomb
Pernod is for the committed drinker or French people
The hardened drinker in the corner looking miserable doesn’t want cheering up – it’s already happened
A bag of crisps does not constitute ‘a lining for the stomach’
When you’re kissing at midnight it’s best to keep your tongue to yourself. Especially with your in-laws
Some policemen are not that amused when you tip their helmets off
Don’t make any resolutions till you’re sober again
