I might have mentioned before that there is the odd swear word in a certain book that has a mention or two of me.
As a freelance journalist, I’ve had some publicity this week on a trade website, www.holdthefrontpage.co.uk. Just one slight problem – they said my anti-tailgating device sends out ‘obscene’ messages.
What a calumny. Occasionally rude but never obscene. The people who drive up your tailpipe are obscene.
Am I allowed to say that?
Anyway, the obscene mistake has been rectified, so I forgive them.
