OMEGA 3: IS IT A RED HERRING?

I’ve been thinking about all the food advice we get these days. More specifically, how trustworthy is it?

Answer me this: If this Omega 3 fatty acid from oily fish is as good for brain development as scientists claim, then how come fish are so bloody thick!? Eh?

When did you last see a goldfish on University Challenge?

Quite.

I did see a Colin Haddock on once, but that’s another story …
