What did I tell you – Kirstie Allsopp was yesterday named in a magazine poll of the world’s sexiest women. Admittedly she only came in at number 91, but she was up against the rest of the world, not just British TV favourites.
Sadly, Julia Bradbury didn’t make the list. Boo, shame on you FHM readers. You all blind, or what?
The winner was someone called Megan Fox. Never heard of her. I did look up her picture, though, and she does look quite foxy. In a young sort of way.
Could it be I’m getting too old for all this stuff …?
Anyway, there were definite murmurings last night from Mrs N when the lovely Julia appeared (as lovely as ever) on Rough Guide. So I thought I’d better redress the balance with a picture for my ever-lovely spouse.
The choice, unlike mine, is quite wide. I could have gone for George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Richard Gere, Patrick Swayse, Paul Newman, Robert Redford, Sean Bean, Sean Connery. But as I'm primarily talking about British TV crumpet, I've had to settle for the ugly bastard at the top of this page, whoever he might be.
